موضوعية المعالجة الصحفية لأخبار الحراك الشعبي وتداعياته في الصحافة الحكومية الجزائرية دراسة تحليلية جريدة "الشعب" أنموذجا

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى موضوعية المعالجة الصحفية لأحداث الحراك الشعبي في جريدة "الشعب"، من خلال تحليل عينة من المواد الخبرية المنشورة في هذه الجريدة، ومعرفة مدى التزامها بأخلاقيات الممارسة الصحفية وذلك لارتكاز الدراسة على نظرية المسؤولية الاجتماعية للصحافة، ولقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة منهج المسح بالعينة في إطار البحوث الوصفية، باستخدام أداة تحليل المضمون، لتحليل عينة من المواد الخبرية حول هذا الحراك في جريدة "الشعب"، فيما كانت الفترة الزمنية للدراسة ممتدة من 23 فيفري 2019 إلى 07 نوفمبر 2019. ولقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: أن الموضوعية المطلقة لم تتحقق خلال فترة الدراسة، فعلى صعيد الفئات التي تم وضعها في إطار استمارة تحليل المضمون لقياس مدى موضوعية المعالجة لم تكن هناك الدرجة المطلقة والكاملة في توفر هذه العناصر، إلا انه ورغم غياب الدرجة المطلقة تم تسجيل عدة جوانب ايجابية أثبتت أن مفهوم الموضوعية نسبي، بالإضافة إلى تسجيل نقطة ايجابية وهي الالتزام الأخلاقي للجريدة أثناء المعالجة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الموضوعية، الحراك الشعبي في الجزائر. Abstract: This study aims to determine the objectivity of the journalistic treatment of the events of the popular movement "Hirak" in the newspaper "ECH-CHAAB", by analyzing a sample of the information published in the newspaper, and to determine the extent of its respect towards the ethics of journalistic practice, since the study is based on the theory of social responsibility of the press. This study adopted the method of sample survey in descriptive research, using the content analysis tool to analyze a sample of the information material on this movement of "Hirak" in the newspaper ECH-CHAAB, while the study period extended from February 23, 2019 to November 07, 2019. The study concluded that absolute objectivity was not achieved during the study period. In the categories that were submitted in the content analysis form to measure treatment objectivity, there was no absolute and complete degree of availability of these items. However, despite the absence of an absolute degree, several positive aspects were noted that proved the concept of relative objectivity, in addition to another positive point which is the ethical commitment of the journal during treatment.
