تقييم واقع التزام المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بمحاسبة الضرائب المؤجلة (دراسة حالات لسنة 2020)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتقييم إشكالية تطبيق محاسبة الضرائب المؤجلة في الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وعلى ضوء النظام المحاسبي المالي وكذا العلاقة بين القواعد المحاسبية والقواعد الضريبية (الانفصال) بعد إثنى عشرة (12) عام من تطبيق SCF، ومن أجل ذلك تم إجراء دراسة حالة لعينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لمعرفة مدى التزامها بمحاسبة الضرائب المؤجلة. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تبيان في مدى التزام المؤسسات الجزائرية بمحاسبة الضرائب المؤجلة، حيث أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لا تلتزم بتلك المعالجة بسبب وجود العديد من الإشكاليات على أرض الواقع، لاسيما: التغيير المستمر للقواعد الضريبية المحددة لأرباح الشركات، تعدد الفروقات المحاسبية الضريبية مما يستدعي تكييف بعض القواعد الضريبية لتحقيق نوع من التوافق المحاسبي الضريبي. كلمات مفتاحية: ضرائب مؤجلة، فروقات مؤقتة، قواعد محاسبية، قواعد ضريبية، مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة تصنيفات JEL : K34، M41، K22 Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the problem of applying deferred tax accounting in SME, according to the financial accounting system, as well as relationship between accounting and tax rules after twelve (12) years of application the SCF, to achieve these goals, a case study of a sample of SME to determine the extent of their commitment to accounting for deferred taxes. The study found a clarification on the extent to which the Algerian institutions are committed to accounting for deferred taxes, Since SME don’t apply this accounting treatment due to the presence of many problems, especially: the continuous change of tax rules, multiple tax accounting differences, which calls for adapting some tax rules to achieve a kind of tax accounting compatibility.
