Measuring The Dynamic Impact Of The Euro-mediterranean Partnership On The Flow Of Foreign Direct Investment To Algeria During The Period 1980-2018

Résumé: This study is concerned with determining the impact of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership on the flow of foreign direct investments in Algeria, by relying on the auto-regression model with distributed laps ARDL after it was found that it is the optimal model for estimating the impact of the variable of trade openness and other explanatory variables in the study on the variable of foreign direct investment in Algeria during the period 1980-2018.The study concluded that there is a long-term balanced relationship between the index of trade openness and the index of foreign direct investment flow in Algeria during the study period, however this relationship is inverse indicating the negative impact of Algeria's international commitment to the content of the partnership contract between it and the European Union.
