Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر النمط القيادي على تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمكتبات الجامعية المركزية وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة للمكتبة المركزية بجامعة باتنة1، وقد تبلورت إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيسي الأتي: ما هو أثر النمط القيادي على تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المكتبة المركزية بجامعة باتنة1؟. وأظهرت النتائج أن النمط القيادي السائد هو النمط الديمقراطي يليه النمط الأوتوقراطي، ووجود أثر إيجابي للنمط الديمقراطي السائد على تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمكتبة المركزية المبحوثة. The study aims to identify the impact of the leadership pattern on the application of global quality management principles in central university libraries, through a case study Batna1 University central library.
