محددات التضخم في الجزائر: دراسة تحليلية (1990-2018)

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة و تحليل أهم مسببات الظاهرة التضخمية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018، إذ تعد ظاهرة التضخم في الجزائر ظاهرة جد معقدة نظرا لتعدد و تداخل أسبابها من أسباب هيكلية إلى أسباب نقدية وأخرى خارجية، حيث تساهم كل من زيادة العرض النقدي، اتساع الفرق بين العرض و الطلب، ارتفاع الأجور و العجز في الموازنة العامة، بالإضافة إلى التضخم المستورد و الكلفة الباهظة للواردات في زيادة الضغوط التضخمية، الأمر الذي يتطلب تضافر جهود السياسات الاقتصادية الكلية مجتمعة معا من اجل التخفيف من عبئ الانحرافات الناتجة عن ارتفاع معدلات التضخم و النهوض بعجلة الإنتاج والتخلص من التبعية. This research aims to study and analyze the most important causes of inflationary phenomenon in Algeria during the period 1990-2018, as the phenomenon of inflation in Algeria is a very complex phenomenon due to the multiplicity and overlap of its causes from structural to monetary and external causes, where the increase in monetary supply, the widening difference between supply and demand, high wages and deficits in the public budget in addition to imported inflation and the high cost of imports in increasing inflationary pressures, which requires the efforts of macroeconomic policies together. In order to alleviate the burden of deviations resulting from high inflation rates, to boost production and eliminate dependency.
