قراءةٌ في مخطوط اللُّمعة في أجوبة المسائل الأربعة في كَتْبِ البسملة وما معه» لأحمد بابا التّنبكتي المالكي

Résumé: يحتل مخطوط اللمعة للتنبكتي أحمد بابا مكانة علمية هامة في دراسات التراث الفقهي المالكي الجزائري، يشمل مسائل فقهية هامة، منها قضايا الحساب والأزمنة، ومسائل تتعلق بأحوال الأسرة، وأخرى تتعلق بمسائل الذكر وقراءة القرآن، وأخيرا مسالة الافتتاح بالبسملة في الرسائل والكتب، ومن خلال هذا المخطوط سنقف على سعة المعارف الفقهية لأحمد بابا ومدى التزامه بقواعد المذهب وحسن توظيفه لها، بل قدرته على تطبيق أصول المالكية في الأحكام. Abstract The manuscript Al Lomâa ( the bright spot ) for Altenbekti Ahmed Baba occupy a very important scientific position in the studies of the Algerian jurisprudential AL Maliki patrimony , It includes important doctrinal issues, including account issues and times , And issues related to the conditions of the family, and other matters relating to the citation and reading of the Qur’an , and finally the opening with Al Basmala issue in letters and books , and through this manuscript we will stand on the capacity jurisprudence knowledge of Ahmed Baba and the extent of his commitment to the rules of doctrine and his good using to those rules . Even its ability to apply the Maalikis assets in judgments .
