دراسة العلاقة التبادلية بين معدلات الفقر و البطالة في الجزائر 1990-2020
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة العلاقة التبادلية بين الفقر والبطالة من من خلال دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990 إلى 2020 ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة تم استعراض الجانب النظري للفقر و البطالة من حيث مفاهيم و أسباب و طرق قياس و مؤشرات قياس ، كما تناولت الدراسة عرض مسار تطور البطالة والفقر في الجزائر في الفترة 1990-2020 ،ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام نموذج إنحدار الخطي البسيط و نماذج أشعة الإنحدار الذاتي "VAR " كما لخصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين معدل الفقر و معدل البطالة و الغرض المستهدفة في الدراسة حيث تساعد أصحاب القرار على رسم سياسات اقتصادية تساهم في الحد من الفقر والبطالة و محاولة الحد منهماThis study aims to study the reciprocal relationship between poverty and unemployment through a standard study of the case of Algeria during the period from 1990 to 2020. The path of development of unemployment and poverty in Algeria in the period 1990-2020. To achieve this, a simple linear regression model and ''VAR'' ray models were used. The study also summarized the existence of a relationship between the poverty rate and unemployment rate and the purpose of the study. It helps decision-makers to formulate economic policies that contribute to reducing poverty and unemployment and trying to reduce them.
