المرافقة البيداغوجية للأساتذة الجامعيين حديثي التوظيف ،كيف ولماذا؟

Résumé: إن المرافقة البيداغوجية للأساتذة حديثي التوظيف تهدف الى ضمان جودة التكوين الجامعي من خلال توفير تكوين علمي ومهني ذو نوعية ويستجيب لاحتياجات الجامعة والمجتمع، وتكييف عروض التكوين مع احتياجات المؤسسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. وقد اعتمدت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي مشروع المرافقة البيداغوجية منذ سنة 2016 كسياسة تكوينية من أجل رفع الأداء، واقتراح حلول نظرية وعملية لتحسين سياسات التعليم والتكوين والبحث الجامعي. ويهدف محتوى المقال الحالي الى التعريف بالمرافقة البيداغوجية وتوضيح اجراءاتها وما تهدف اليه من خلال الرجوع الى نصوص القرارات الوزارية التي نظّمت بموجبها عملية المرافقة البيداغوجية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائري. Abstract: The educational support for newly recruited professors aims to ensure the quality of university training, by offering quality scientific and professional training that meets the needs of the university and society, and by adapting training offers in line with the needs. Economic and social institutions. The MESRS has adopted the educational support project since 2016 as a training policy in order to increase performance, and to propose theoretical and practical solutions to improve education, training and university research policies. The content of this article attempts to define pedagogical support and to specify its modalities by referring to the official texts according to which the pedagogical support process in Algerian higher education institutions was organized.
