الابتكار البيئي كمدخل حديث لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المؤسسات الجزائرية (دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسة هنكل الجزائر فرع شلغوم العيد _ميلة)

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الابتكار البيئي كمدخل حديث في المؤسسات الجزائرية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، من خلال دراسة ميدانية في مجتمع الدراسة والذي تمثل في عمال مؤسسة هنكل الجزائر فرع شلغوم العيد بميلة، من خلال أداة الدراسة والمتمثلة في استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 80 فرد من مجتمع الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القيمة الاحتمالية لأبعاد الابتكار البيئي جاءت كلها معنوية اقل من مستوى المعنوية البالغ 0.05، وعليه يمكن القول انه يوجد أثر إيجابي لأبعاد الابتكار البيئي سواء الابتكار التنظيمي البيئي أو الابتكار في المنتجات البيئية أو الابتكار في العمليات البيئية على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التفكير في تبني وتطوير الابتكار البيئي في مختلف المؤسسات الجزائرية من أجل تشجيع على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: This study seeks to recognize the impact of environmental innovation as a modern entry point in Algerian institutions for sustainable development Through a field study in the study community, which was represented by the workers of the Henkel Algiers Foundation of the Shalghum Eid branch of Mila, Through the study tool of a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 80 members of the study community The study found that the potential value of the dimensions of environmental innovation was all less moral than the level of morale of 0.05, and it could therefore be argued that the dimensions of environmental innovation, whether environmental regulatory innovation, innovation in environmental products or innovation in environmental processes, have a positive impact on sustainable development. The study recommended that consideration should be given to adopting and developing environmental innovation in Algeria's various institutions in order to promote sustainable development.
