واقع المعاملات المالية الإسلامية في المصارف العاملة بالجزائر من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع المعاملات المالية الإسلامية بالمصارف العاملة في الجزائر من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، اعتمادا على الاستبيان وتحليله باستخدام التطبيق الإحصائي SPSS. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يوجد نية في تحول النظام المصرفي الجزائري إلى نظام إسلامي نظرا لوجود دوافع العمل بالصيرفة الإسلامية من خلال الإقبال والطلب المتزايد من المتعاملين على المنتجات المالية الإسلامية وهناك رغبة للموظفين في العمل المصرفي الإسلامي، ويرجع هذا للعقيدة الدينية للمجتمع الجزائري، لكن هناك نقص في المتطلبات القانونية التي منعت المعاملات المالية الإسلامية من المحافظة على قوتها وشرعيتها رغم إمكانية المصرف المركزي الجزائري تعديل وسن بعض القوانين حتى تتماشى وخصوصية الصيرفة الإسلامية ولا تضر بالسياسة المالية للدولة. Abstrac: This study aims to highlight the reality of Islamic banking transactions in banks operating in Algeria from the point of view of their employees based on the questionnaire and analysis using the SPSS statistical application. The study found that there is no intention to transform the Algerian banking system into an Islamic system due to the agreement that there are motives for working in Islamic banking. There is an increasing demand from dealers for islamic financial products, and there is also a desire for employees to work in the field of Islamic banking and this is due to the religious belief of Algerian society, but there is a lack of legal requirements that prevents the preservation of the strength and legitimacy of Islamic financial transactions, despite the ability of the Central Bank to amend and enact some laws so that they are in line with Islamic banking and do not harm the state's financial policy.
