Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال الى تسليط الضوء على فيروس كورونا من الناحية القانونية، باعتباره ظاهرة مست جميع دول العالم وأثرت على مختلف نواحي الحياة، ما يجعل البحث عن الإطار القانوني لآثار هذا الفيروس ضرورة حتمية من طرف رجال القانون، لحماية الالتزامات القانونية والحقوق في ظل تفشيه، ولتحديد المسؤولية عما قد ينشأ من اضرار بسببه. This article aims to shed light on the Coronavirus from a legal point of view, as it is a phenomenon that affected all countries of the world and affected various aspects of life, making the search for the legal framework for the effects of this virus an imperative by lawmen, to protect legal obligations and rights in light of its spread, and to determine Liability for damages that may arise from it.
