التدخل الإنساني في ضوء جهود اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر.

Résumé: يعد موضوع التدخل الإنساني من بين أبرز المواضيع التي اهتم بها القانون الدولي نظرا لتفاعله مع أهم مبادئه وقواعده القانونية، وفي هذا السياق تنقسم هذه الدراسة الي قسمين؛ حيث تتطرق في المحور الأول منها إلى أهم جوانبه النظرية فضلا عن تبيان مبرراته القانونية، أما المحور الثاني منها فيسلط الضوء على اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر وعلاقتها بموضوع التدخل الإنساني ودورها في تنفيذه. لتتوصل الدراسة إلى أن موضوع التدخل الانساني يعد موضوعا مهما أثار الكثير من الجدل، كما وضحت طبيعة العلاقة الخاصة بينه وبين اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر كمنظمة رائدة في العمل الانساني. كلمات مفتاحية: التدخل الإنساني، أساليب التدخل الإنساني، مبررات التدخل الإنساني، الصليب الأحمر، تنفيذ التدخل الإنساني. : Abstract Humanitarian intervention is among the most prominent topics in international law given its interaction with its most important principles and legal rules. In this context, this study is divided into two sections; The first axis deals with its most important theoretical aspects and legal justifications. Whereas the second axis focuses on the International Committee of the Red Cross and how it is related to humanitarian intervention, with an emphasis on its role in implementing humanitarian intervention operations. This study concluded that humanitarian intervention is an important issue that raised a lot of controversies.
