الإستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى معرفة مدى اسهام الطاقات المتجددة بأنواعها المختلفة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، من خلال الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: ما مدى مساهمة الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر؟ وسنحاول الإجابة على هذه الإشكالية من خلال أربع محاور: الإطار النظري للطاقات المتجددة، علاقها بالتنمية المستدامة، اطارها المؤسساتي في الجزائر وقدرات الجزائر وحجم الاستغلال. Abstract: This research paper aims to know the extent to which renewable energies of all kinds contribute to achieving sustainable development in Algeria by answering the following problem: to what extent investment in renewable energies contributes to achieving sustainable development in Algeria? Furthermore, we will try to answer this problem through four axes: Theoretical framework for renewable energies, its relationship to sustainable development, its institutional framework in Algeria, Algeria’s capabilities and the volume of exploitation.
