أستاذية ابن رشيق في تحديد مسألة السرقات الأدبية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الكشف عن ماهية السرقات الأدبية وأشكالها عند ابن رشيق المسيلي (390-456ﮪ)، وتحديد موقفه من هذه القضية الخطيرة والشائكة المسالك، التي لم تنبلج معالمها مع النّقاد العرب الأوائل، ولكنها وجدت جوابها الشافي عند ابن رشيق، إذ تمكن بفطنته وبذوقه السليم أن يتتبّع السّرقات الشعرية ويتصيّد مكامنها، ويحدد الإطار الذي تقع فيه مقلّبا جوانب هذه القضية بدراسة تحليلية عميقة، تتقصّى أسباب التّأثر والتّشابه عند المبدعين، حيث تابع كلّ فكرة، وكلّ قول، باحثاً عن جذوره، وصاحبه الأول، محاولا محاصرة الآخذ، ووضعه في قفص الاتّهام بجريمة فكرية، ومعاقبته بما يستحق من تشهير أو تحقير، وذلك حسب فداحة الجناية ووحشيتها. وخَلص إلى أنّ السّرقة الشعرية موضوع واسع جدّا، لا يستطيع أيّ شاعر أن يسلم منه، وأنّ السّارق الحقيقي هو الذي يعيش على فنّ غيره من دون إبداع أو ابتكار، معتبراً أنّ السّرقة الأدبية لا تكون إلاّ في البديع المخترع الذي لم يشترك فيه النّاس. This research paper aims at revealing the nature of literary thefts for Ibn Rachiq (390-456 AH), who attached great importance to it in his writings, where he singled out from this serious matter that has always occupied the minds of early Arab critics. He could successfully analyse the different sides of any literary work and could reveal the reasons behind the similarity of ideas in the works of creative writers. From this vein, he could follow the roots and the originality of every single idea in order to figure out who is to be blamed and punished, and for whom regards and estimation must return. He concluded that theft is a very broad subject, which no poet can escape from, and that the real thief is the one who lives on the art of others without creativity or innovation, considering that literary theft is only in the wonderful inventor who did not participate in it.
