الترويج السياحي من خلال تفعيل العلاقات العامة

Résumé: يعتبر الترويج السياحي من بين الركائز الأساسية وعنصر من عناصر المزيج التسويقي السياحي، والتحدث عن الترويج في مجال السياحة يعني التحدث عن العلاقات العامة كأبرز عنصر من عناصر المزيج الترويجي، خاصة وأن خصائص المنتوجات السياحية تتطلب عملية ترويجية تتميز بوسائل واستراتيجيات تضمن الترويج الأمثل لهذا النوع من الخدمات. ومن بين نتائج الدراسة: يجب تظافر جهود كل الأطراف المعنية بتطوير القطاع السياحي من خلال بث حملات إشهارية وترويجية وتسخير مختلف وسائل الإعلام العمومية والخاصة، إضافة إلى العمل على الترويج السياحي لتقبل الآخر وجعله عنصرا فعالا في تطوير هذا القطاع. Tourism Promotion is one of the basic pillars of a component of the marketing mix, and talk about the promotion of tourism in the area of tourism, I mean, talk about public relations as a component of the promotional mix, especially the characteristics of the tourist products promotional process requires the means and strategies to ensure the promotion feature for this type of service. Among the results of the study: joining together the efforts of all parties concerned with the development of the tourist sector through publicity and promotional campaigns and harnessing the various public and private media, in addition to work on promoting tourism to embrace each other and make it an effective element in the development of this sector.
