دور المراجعة الجبائية في تحسين الوضعية الجبائية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية

Résumé: تعد المراجعة الجبائية من بين الأدوات التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسة من اجل الكشف عن وضعيتها الجبائية الحقيقية وترشيد قراراتها بهدف التحكم في مختلف التكاليف الجبائية التي تتعرض لها نتيجة لسؤ التعامل مع القوانين الجبائية . على ضؤ ما سبق فأن دراستنا هاته تهدف إلى توضيح دور المراجعة الجبائية ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين الوضعية الجبائية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية بصفتها من بين أهم الوسائل الفعالة التي تساهم في الكشف عن الأخطاء والاغفالات الجهورية التي تقع فيها المؤسسة. من خلال الدراسة التي قمنا بها واعتمادا على النتائج التي توصلنا إليها والمدعمة باستطلاع أراء الإطراف ذات الصلة بموضوعنا فقد تم التوصل إلى أن المراجعة الجبائية لها دور فعال في تحسين الوضعية الجبائية In order to achieve the company's goals and its tax security and the implementation of its strategies in the best way, it is necessary to adopt the tax revision as an inevitable option, especially in light of current unstable economic developments. As the fulfillment of its tax obligations is a priority for the company, at a time when the legal system of instability and stability makes the company bear more burdens weighing on the main objective which is to achieve and to maximize the benefits. By adopting the tax revision the company can improve its tax situation in general and control the different costs and charges and help to take the right decisions in particular. In light of the above, our objective through this study is to highlight the role of the revision and its effectiveness in improving the tax situation. As part of our study and based on our findings and a stakeholder survey, we concluded that the revision had an effective role in improving the tax position.
