أثر التعليم المقاولاتي على التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج: دراسة حالة طلبة ماستر كلية العلوم الإقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة سكيكدة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التعليم المقاولاتي على التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 121 طالبا وطالبة بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة سكيكدة، تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، استخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات و تم توزيع 126 استمارة ، استرجعت 121 استبانة وتمت معالجتها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS v21. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها وجود تأثير مهم لكل من برامج التعليم المقاولاتي، الدعم والمرافقة للمشاريع المنجزة لطبة الجامعة على توجههم نحو المقاولاتية. The study aims to know the impact of entrepreneurial education on the entrepreneurial orientation of students who are about to graduate. The study sample consisted of 121 male and female students at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences, Skikda University. The descriptive and analytical approach was relied on, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information, and 126 forms were distributed, retrieved 121 questionnaires were processed using the SPSS v21 . statistical program. The study found the most important results, the most important of which is the existence of an important impact of each of the entrepreneurial education programs, support and accompaniment of the completed projects of university students on their orientation towards entrepreneurship.
