اسهامات المدرسة الجزائرية في انتقاء المواهب الرياضية وتوجيهها نحو الأندية النخبوية (دراسة ميدانية لمتوسطات الولايات الجنوبية).

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع انتقاء المواهب الرياضية وتوجيهها نحو الرياضة النُّخبوية بمدارس التعليم المتوسط في جنوب الجزائر، فكانت دراسة تمحورت حول قدرات المربين الرياضيين، اهتمامات التلاميذ والامكانات، لدى الولايات (غرداية، ورقلة، أدرار، تمنراست) وكذلك للتعرف إلى الفروق الإحصائية لهذه العملية لدى المربين الرياضيين، تبعا لبعض متغيراتهم الشخصية (الخبرة التدريسية، التدريب في نادي رياضي)، ومن جهة أخرى معرفة اهتمامات التلاميذ الموهوبين رياضيا من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين الجنس و(الاختصاص الرياضي/ الانخراط في الأندية الرياضية)، فاعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي، ولجمع البيانات تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (34) فقرة توزعت على (3) محاور، فوزعت على عينة من المربين الرياضيين والبالغ عددهم (100)، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، كما قام الباحث بمقابلة التلاميذ الموهوبين من خلال بطاقة مقابلة والمتكونة من (10) فقرات، والبالغ عددهم (490)، وكذلك تم ببناء بطاقة ملاحظة لمعاينة الامكانات والمرافق الرياضية في المتوسطات الحكومية وعددها (48)، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، أما في المعالجة الاحصائية تم حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، معامل الارتباط بيرسون، معامل الثبات كرونباخ ألفا، تطبيق اختباري(كا2)، (Manova). أظهرت النتائج أن انتقاء وتوجيه المواهب الرياضية نحو الأندية الرياضية النخبوية في مدارس التعليم المتوسط بالولايات الجنوبية الجزائرية جاء بمستوى مقبول في محور "قدرات المربين" وبمستوى ضعيف في محور "الانتقاء" بينما محور "التوجيه" كان بمستوى مقبول، وأن مستوى انتقاء وتوجيه المواهب الرياضية بشكل عام كان بمستوى مقبول، أما عن اهتمامات التلاميذ الموهوبين رياضيا كانت بمستوى جيد لدى الذكور وبمستوى مقبول لدى الإناث. أوصى الباحث أن يعمل المربون الرياضيون على تكوين ذواتهم لتطوير قدراتهم المهنية والأكاديمية في مجال انتقاء وتوجبه المواهب الرياضية، لتتم العملية وفق أسس ومبادئ علمية تختصر الكثير من الوقت والجهد والمال، ومن ناحية أخرى أن تحرص وزارة التربية الوطنية الجزائرية على توفير البيئة المناسبة من الإمكانات المادية والبشرية اللازمة، لتسهل على المربين الرياضيين بلوغ الأهداف على أحسن وجه.   Abstract: The contribution of the Algerian school in selecting and orientating the sportive talents (field study for the middle schools at the southern states) The objective of this study was to recognize the status of selection the sportive talents and their orientation to selective sport middle schools at southern states of Algeria; it was based on the abilities of the sportive educators, pupils interests and The possibilities and sports spaces, in the wilaya (Ghardaia, ouargla, Adrare, Tamanraste) also to identify the differential variances for this operation on the sportive educators; according to their personal variants (educational experience and training in sport club). On the other hand, to know the interests of the sportive talented pupils through studying the relationship between gender and (sport specialty, inscription in sport club). The researcher based his research on the descriptive; To collect data; a survey was built, it contains (34) paragraphs divided on (03) pillars, it was handed to sample sport educators (about 100). There were chosen randomly; the researcher has met the talented pupils (there were 490, they were chosen intentionally), A card was also built to observe the possibilities and sports facilities In government the Mediterranean. for the statistical processing deviation, Correlation Pearson, (K²) test, Manova test, was calculated. The results showed that the selection and the orientation of the sport talents towards the selected sport clubs in middle schools at southern states was acceptable in the pillar of the "sportive educators", it was weak in "Selection" and it was acceptable in "Orientation" and the level of selection and orientation of sport talents in general was acceptable, and for the interest of the sport talented pupils; the level was good for males and acceptable for females. The researcher recommends that sportive educators must work on personal formation to develop their professional and academic capacities in selecting and orientating sport talents. So this operation can be accomplished according to scientific basics that will reduce time, energy and money, and for another side, Ministry of National Education should provide adequate environment namely the human and materials means so sportive educators can reach their objectives perfectly.
