أثر صدمة العرض النقدي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر- دراسة قياسية للفترة 1990-2019-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير أثر صدمة العرض النقدي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار دراسة الاقتصاد المفتوح عند التطرق للجانب النظري والتطبيقي وهذا لانعكاس أهمية أسعار النفط في نشاط الاقتصاد الجزائري، وانطلاقا من قاعدة بيانات ممتدة من 1990 إلى2019 تم تقدير نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي الهيكلي SVAR، وتحليل دوال الاستجابة الفورية وكذا تحليل مكونات تباين الأخطاء لقياس الأهمية النسبية لصدمة العرض النقدي على النمو الاقتصادي، وتم التوصل إلى أن حدوث صدمة هيكلية في العرض النقدي بنسبة 01% ستؤدي إلى زيادة النمو الاقتصادي في الأجلين القصير والمتوسط بنسبة 0.05 % و 0.39% على الترتيب، لتستمر هذه الزيادة إلى حدود 1.14% في الأجل الطويل. This study aimed to estimate the impact of the money supply shock on economic growth in Algeria, taking into account the study of the open economy when dealing with the theoretical and practical side, and this is due to the reflection of the importance of oil prices in the activity of the Algerian economy, and based on a database extending from 1990 to 2019, the self-regression vector model was estimated The SVAR structure, the immediate response functions analysis, as well as the error variance analysis to measure the relative importance of the money supply shock on economic growth. It was concluded that the occurrence of a structural shock in the money supply by 10% leads to an increase in economic growth in the short and medium terms by 0.05% and 0.39%. In the long term, this increase would continue to reach 1.14%.
