Perspective D’innovation À L’université Algérienne (la Pédagogie Inversée Comme Source De Motivation À L’autonomie)

Résumé: L’après Covid 2019/ 2020, devrait nous ramener à un ensemble de choix sur le devenir pédagogique de l’institution universitaire en Algérie. Toutefois avant de s’adonner à une réflexion stratégique afin de réajuster la formation LMD, Il y’a lieu de déterminer à travers l’action pédagogique ce qui a été proposée durant le confinement de 2019 /2020. Dans le contexte Covid, nous avons remédié à une situation, à un obstacle, en substituant le cours à l’amphi par un autre plus efficace à distance à partir de la plate- forme ! Moodle, innovation inattendu ! Aborder la question de l’innovation à travers le rôle du numérique sous l’angle pédagogique signifie une perspective d’adaptation embryonnaire du système LMD Algérien ! Pour outiller la réflexion et les pratiques des enseignants dans ce nouveau contexte nous allons parler et réfléchir à l’intégration sociale universitaire, à l’autonomisation et le numérique via la pédagogie inversée pour motiver et professionnaliser la formation (en pensant à adapter le LMD à notre environnement universitaire avec une passerelle avec l’international. After Covid 2019/20, should bring us back to a set of choices on the educational future of the university institution in Algeria. However, before engaging in strategic thinking, the purpose of which will be to readjust the LMD training, the modification of which has nevertheless taken place in the COVID context. It is necessary to determine through the educational action what has been proposed to continue the training despite the confinement. Remediating a situation is like remedying an obstacle, let us point out in passing that remedial activities do not consist in eliminating the erroneous or inadequate behavior, but in replacing it with a more effective one such as teaching from the platform! Addressing the issue of innovation through the role of digital from an educational perspective means a perspective of embryonic adaptation of the LMD system to the Algerian context! From now on, the university would be subjected from the outset to an unexpected orientation and to a change in the information and communication system in order to undertake an in-depth renovation of its missions and its teaching practices, including reverse pedagogy. To equip teachers' thinking and practices in this new context, we will talk and reflect on university social integration, empowerment and digital technology through reverse pedagogy to motivate and professionalize training (thinking of adapting the LMD to our university environment with a gateway to the international.
