علاقة بيئة العمل بالابداع الاداري للموظفين "دراسة حالة المديرية الجهوية موبليس بشار"

Résumé: لقد أصبح الدور الذي تلعبه بيئة العمل في تطوير الابداع الاداري من بين أهم أولويات المؤسسات الرائدة في السوق. الهدف من وراء هذا البحث هو توضيح أهمية بيئة العمل وتأثيرها على الابداع الاداري في المديرية الجهوية موبليس بشار.لهذا حاول البحث الاجابة على الاشكالية الأتية ما أثر بيئة العمل على الابداع الاداري للموظفين، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتبيان اثر بيئة العمل بابعادها وهي: الاتصال، ظروف العمل، التكنولوجيا المستخدمة، العمل الجماعي، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار على الابداع الاداري في المديرية الجهوية موبليس بشار. واتبثت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية التي شملت عينة مقدرة ب 100 مفردة من عمال المديرية صحة الفرضية الرئيسية والمتمثلة في أن بيئة العمل لها تأثير ايجابي على الابداع الاداري. The role that the work environment plays in developing administrative creativity has become among the most important priorities of market leaders. The goal behind this research is to clarify the importance of the work environment and its impact on administrative creativity in the Regional Directorate of Mobilis Bechar. Therefore, the research tried to answer the following problem: What is the effect of the work environment on the administrative creativity of employees, and the study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach to show the effect of the work environment in its dimensions, namely: Communication, working conditions, technology used, teamwork, participation in decision-making on administrative creativity in the Regional Directorate of Bechar Mobilis. The results of the field study, which included an estimated sample of 100 individuals from the Directorate’s workers, confirmed the validity of the main hypothesis that the work environment has a positive effect on administrative creativity.
