تحليل العلاقة بين معدل البطالة ومعدل التضخم في الجزائر في الفترة ما بين 1970-2017م
Résumé: تتمثل إشكالية هذا البحث في التساؤل التالي: "هل يوجد علاقة بين البطالة والتضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (1970/2017)". حيث انقسمت الدراسة إلى قسمين: قسم تم فيه البحث الاستكشافي، والذي من خلاله تعرّفنا على الفروض النظرية للعلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم، حيث فرضنا وجود علاقة عكسية بين الظاهرتين في منحنى "فليبس"، وافترضنا أن العلاقة بين ارتفاع معدل التضخم وانخفاض معدل البطالة يتنافى والتحليل الكلاسيكي في الأجل الطويل. ثم انتقلنا إلى الجزء الاستنتاجي القياسي بدءً بجمع معدلات البطالة والتضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (1970-2017). وقمنا باختبار منحنى "فليبس" واختبار التكامل المشترك ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ، ثم اختبرنا السببية لتقدير العلاقة بينهما، فتوصّلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة عكسية بين البطالة والتضخم في الأجل القصير وتحقّق منحنى "فليبس" في الجزائر. - وجود تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات النموذج، مما يعني وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين البطالة والتضخم. - وجود علاقة سببية ذات اتجاه واحد من التضخم نحو البطالة. The problematic submitted in this research is: "Is there a relationship between unemployment and inflation in the Algerian economy during the period (1970-2017) ?". This study is divided into two sections: Section one: includes the exploratory research that conducted us to identify the theoretical hypotheses of the relationship between unemployment and inflation. We hypothesized that there are an inverse relationship between the two phenomena in the Phillips curve. We assumed that the relationship between high inflation and low unemployment is contrary to classic analysis in the long term. Section two: is conclusion section beginning from collecting unemployment and inflation rates in the Algerian economy during the period (1970-2017). We tested the Philips curve, the joint integration test and the error correction model, and then tested the causality to estimate the relationship between them. In the end of the study, we got the following results: - it exists an inverse relationship between unemployment and inflation in the short term and the achievement of the Philips curve in Algeria. - There is a common integration between the variables of the model, which means a long-term balance between unemployment and inflation. - the existence of one-way causal relationship from inflation to unemployment.
