Résumé: حاول الفنان التشكيلي الجزائري بلقاسم بوطبه ان يبرز لنا جانبا من جوانب الحياة الثقافية والاجتماعية التي كان يعيشها المجتمع الفلسطيني، فعايش الفنان هذا التراث الذي يقام في أغلب المناطق الفلسطينية، ويعتبر الفن التشكيلي مرآة عاكسة لقضايا الإنسان، ومن جملة القضايا نجد القضية الفلسطينية حيث أن الأوضاع التي يمر بها الشعب ساهمت في بلورة فكر الفنان التشكيلي؛ كما أن لتأصيل الحدث وتوثيقه عبر الأعمال الفنية التشكيلية دورا مهما في الحفاظ على هوية المجتمع. كأن الفنان عايش تلك القضية، معبرا عن الموضوع وجعل المشهد كأنه حقيقي غير مجسد. Algerian visual artist Belkacem Bouteba attempt to highlight an aspect of the cultural and social life of the Palestinian society. The artist lived through this heritage, which is present in most Palestinian regions. Plastic art is considered as a mirror reflecting human issues. Among these issues, we find the Palestinian question. the situation that the people are going through contribute the development of the artist's thought. So, the documentation of the event via plastic artworks has an important role to preserve community's identity, as if the artist had witnessed the event, as well as expressing the subject matter and making the scene seem real and not
