Résumé: ملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث موضوع مقصد الحرّية عند علماء " جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين "، وإن كان كلٌّ من المقاصد، والحرّية ،وعلماء "جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين" قد ألّف فيها كبار العلماء كتاب أو كتب لأهمية كلّ منهم؛ فالحرّية المقصودة للشارع هي الغاية من إنزال الكتب وإرسال الرسل، والمقاصد اعتبرها الشاطبي الشرط الأساس في الإجتهاد، وعلماء "جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين" هم المجدّدون الذين بعث الله على أيديهم الأمة المقبورة ؛ فالإحاطة بها في مثل هذا البحث إن لم يكن متعذرا فهو متعسر، لذلك رُمت إلى الإشارة والدلالة لمقصد الحرّية عند علماء "جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين" تأصيلا وتطبيقا في الميدان ، ولأمانة التاريخ التي تقتضيها أمانة العلم ،تعرّضت لمن حاز فضل السبق في إدراج الحرّية ضمن مقاصد الشريعة ، والتي تكاد تتّفق كلمة المعاصرين على أنّه الطاهر ابن عاشور. Abstract This research deals with the subject of the goal of freedom for the scholars of the “Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars”, although all of scholars, freedom and the scholars of the “Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars” need book or books to deal with importance of each of them ; The intended freedom of the street is The forest from sending down books and sending messengers, and the purposes were considered by Shatiby as the basic condition for ijtihad, and the scholars of the “Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars” are the innovators through whom God sent the buried nation ; Therefor it aimed to indicate and signify the goal of freedom for the “Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars” rooted and applied in the field , and the secretariat of history , which is the secretariat of science ,exposed to those who won the first to include freedom within the purposes of sharia , which almost agrees the word of contemporaries required by it as Tahir Ibn Ashour
