تصنيع الجزيئات النانومترية باستخدام النباتات الجذرية تطبيقات بيولوجية

Résumé: "In this study, preparation, characterization and quantification of the biological activity of NiO, MgO and ZnO nanoparticles manufactured using chemical precipitation method by extracting some plant roots, characterized using X-ray diffraction (DRX), infrared (ATR-FTIR) UV-Visible, where the size measurements of nickel, zinc and magnesium oxide nanoparticles, estimated at 9.86 nm, 12.35 nm and 4.83 nm, respectively, and the results of ATR-FTIR, UV-Visible and proved the success of synthesis process. The results of the antibacterial activity gave varying inhibitory values against four types of pathogenic bacterial strains (Salmonella typhimuruim, Listeria innocua, Bacillus subtiliis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa), while for the two strains (Escherichia coli and Staphulococcus aureus), we did not observe any effect on them." "تم في هذه الدراسة تحضير، و تشخيص وتقدير الفعالية البيولوجية لجسيمات NiO و MgO و ZnO النانوية المصنعة بطريقة الترسيب الكيميائي بواسطة مستخلص بعض الجذور النباتية، تم توصيفها باستخدام تقنية حيود الأشعة السينية (DRX) و الأشعة تحت الحمراء (ATR-FTIR) و الأشعة المرئية و فوق البنفسجية (UV-Visible)، حيث أعطت قياسات حجم جسيمات أكسيد النيكل والزنك و المغنيزيوم النانوية المقدرة بــ nm 9.86 و nm12.35 و 4.83 nm على ترتيب، كما أثبتت نتائج الأشعة تحت الحمراء و الأشعة المرئية و فوق البنفسجية نجاح عملية التوليف. أعطت نتائج الفعالية المضادة للبكتيريا قيم تثبيطية متفاوتة ضد أربعة أنواع من السلالات البكتيرية الممرضة (Salmonella typhimuruim و Listeria innocua و Bacillus subtiliis و Pseudomonas aeruginosa)، أما بالنسبة للسلالتين (Escherichia coli و Staphulococcus aureus) فلم نلاحظ أي تأثير عليها. "
