البعد الثقافي و المعرفي في الدراسات الجيوسياسية المعاصرة

Résumé: ملخص: لقد كانت نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية حجراً أساسياً لنهاية الصراعات العسكرية التقليدية، لتنتقل إلى الصراعات الإستراتيجية غير المباشرة. و في ظل التحولات التي يشهدها العالم بفعل العولمة والتطور التكنولوجي خاصة وسائل الإعلام والإتصال والانترنيت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وغيرها، اتخذت الدول العظمى من الغزو الثقافي أداة أساسية لتحقيق أهدافها بتغيير أنماط الصراع الجيوسياسي من القوة العسكرية الصلبة إلى القوة الناعمة و من المواجهة المباشرة إلى الاختراق غير المباشر. تستهدف هذه الدراسة الإجابة عن الإشكالية الجوهرية هي: ما مدى أهمية البعد الثقافي في القراءة الجيوسياسية؟ بغية وضع رؤية واضحة لمواجهة تحديات العصر و إبراز البعد الثقافي في الصراعات المعاصرة. Abstract :The end of theSecond World War was a cornerstone of the end of tradional military conflicts, after which they moved to indirect strategic conflicts. In light of the transformations the world is witnessing due to globalization and technological development, especially media, Internet, social media and others, the great countries have taken the cultural invasion as a tool to change geopolitical conflict from hard power to soft power and from direct confrontation to indirect penetration. This study answer this problem: how important is the cultural dimension in geopolitical reading? to defy the chalenges of this era and highlight the cultral dimension in contemporary conflicts.
