فعالية وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني في ظل أزمة السيولة جراء كوفيد 19

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح الدور الذي أدته وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني في الجزائر خلال أزمة السيولة بعد جائحة كوفيد 19، من خلال محاولة الإجابة عن الإشكالية المتمثلة في: ما مدى فعالية وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني في ظل أزمة السيولة بعد كوفيد 19 في الجزائر؟.اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتحديد مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالموضوع و المنهج التحليلي لدراسة دور البطاقة الذهبية لمؤسسة بريد الجزائر خلال أزمة السيولة. توصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج لعل أهمها أن أزمة كوفيد 19 ساهمت في نشر الوعي الإلكتروني في الجزائر، ما أدى إلى زيادة المعاملات بالبطاقة الذهبية وساهم في التخفيف من حدة الأزمة التي خنقت مؤسسات البريد والمؤسسات المصرفية بالجزائر. Abstract : This study aimed to clarify the role played by electronic payment methods in Algeria during the liquidity crisis after the COVID-19 pandemic By trying to answer the problem of: How effective are electronic payment methods in light of the liquidity crisis after Covid 19 in Algeria?. We relied on the descriptive approach to identify the various concepts related to the subject and the analytical approach to study the role of the gold card for Algeria Post during the liquidity crisis. We reached a set of results, perhaps the most important of which is that the Covid-19 crisis contributed to spreading electronic awareness in Algeria, which led to an increase in transactions with the golden card and contributed to alleviating the severity of the crisis that stifled postal and banking institutions in Algeria.
