واقع المقاولات النسائية الصغيرة في الجزائر - بسكرة أنموذجا-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع المقاولات النسائية الصغيرة في الجزائر- بسكرة أنموذجا، من خلال تحليل إحصائيات الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر- الفرع الجهوي بسكرة خلال الفترة (2013- 2017) حول المقاولات النسائية الصغيرة في الولاية باعتبار ANGEM أحد آليات الدعم المصغر في الجزائر، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها أن الدولة الجزائرية تقوم بدعم و تحفيز المقاولات النسائية الصغيرة عن طريق عدة آليات أهمها - ANGEM – و ذلك بتقديم خدمات مالية و غير مالية، كذلك بلغ عدد المقاولات المستفيدات في بسكرة خلال الفترة المدروسة 3641 مستفيدة و بالتالي تخفيض نسبة البطالة عن طريق خلق مقاولات صغيرة مستدامة مدرة للدخل. The aim of this study is to know the reality of small women's businesses in Algeria - Biskra model, through the analysis of the statistics of the National Agency for the management of micro-credit - the regional branch Biskra during the period (2013 - 2017) on women's small business in the state as ANGEM one of the mechanisms of micro-support in Algeria, The study found a number of results, including that the Algerian state supports and stimulates small women's businesses through several mechanisms, the most important of which is ANGEM. This is by providing financial and non-financial services. The number of beneficiaries in Biskra during the period studied was 3641 beneficiaries, NES Of unemployment through the creation of small businesses in a sustainable income-generating.
