أثر المسؤولية المحدودة على سياسة توزيع الأرباح في الشركات الجزائرية
Résumé: تعتبر المسؤولية المحدودة من أهم الأشكال القانونية للشركات، فهي تتميز بمحدودية الشريك بمقدار مساهمته في الشركة، ولهذا النوع من الشركات خصوصية، فقد أثبتت هذه الدراسة أنه يوجد فرق جوهري في توزيع الأرباح للشركات الجزائرية ذات المسؤولية المحدودة مقارنة بالشركات ذات الأشكال القانونية الأخرى، وأن احتجاز الأرباح في الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة أكبر منه في المؤسسات الأخرى، وذلك راجع إلى تكاليف الوكالة القليلة جدا في الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة Abstract: Limited liability is one of the most important legal forms for companies. It is characterized by the limited partner in terms of its contribution to the company. This type of companies is privates. This study proved that there is a fundamental difference in the distribution of profits to Algerian limited liability companies compared to companies with other legal forms. In limited liability companies than in other enterprises. This is due to the very few agency costs in limited liability companies.
