تحديات تطبيق نظام التجارة الالكترونية بالجزائر وسبل مواجهتها

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة أساسا إلى تسليط الضوء على تحديات تطبيق نظام التجارة الالكترونية بالجزائر، من خلال التعرف على التحديات التي تعيق من تطوير هذا النظام في الجزائر، وإيجاد حلول وسبل توسيع استخدامه. ولقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاستقراء المعطيات حول التحديات التي يواجهها تطبيق نظام التجارة الالكترونية بالجزائر والحلول والسبل الكفيلة لمواجهتها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر سجلت ضعفا واضحا في تطبيق المؤشرات غير المباشرة للتجارة الالكترونية، ولهذا لابد من إقامة بنية تحتية، وإتباع استراتيجية شاملة وهادفة للوصول إلى الهدف المرجو. The main objective of this study is to highlight the challenges of implementing the e-commerce system in Algeria, by identifying the challenges that hinder the development of this system in Algeria, and to find solutions and ways to expand its use. A descriptive and analytical approach was used to extrapolate data on the challenges faced by the application of the electronic commerce system in Algeria and the solutions and ways to address them. The study found that Algeria has registered a clear weakness in the application of indirect indicators of electronic commerce, and therefore must establish an infrastructure, and follow a comprehensive and targeted strategy to reach the desired goal.
