Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح المفاهيم النظرية لظاهرة الفقر وإبراز أهم مراحل تطور هذه الظاهرة في الجزائر، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات منها، أن الأرقام الرسمية المعلن عنها فيما يخص نسب الفقر في الجزائر لا تحاكي أبدا الواقع المعيش، وأن البرامج المتبعة لم تكن فعالة على الرغم من انخفاض نسب الفقر في الجزائر في السنوات الأخيرة. كلمات مفتاحية: الفقر، الجزائر. Abstract: The study aims to clarify the theoretical concepts of the phenomenon of .The study came up with a set of conclusions and recommendations, including that the official figures announced with regard to poverty rates in Algeria never represent the reality of living, and that the programs adopted have not been effective despite the low poverty rates in Algeria in recent years.
