دور المزيج التسويقي البنكي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية (دراسة حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية- وكالة جامعة)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح الدور الذي يلعبه االمزيج التسويقي البنكي في البنوك التجارية، وذلك بغرض تعزيز قدرتها التنافسية ، و يتكون أفراد مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية، وقد قمنا بعملية المسح الشامل للمجتمع الدراسة، في حين تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، و وزع 30 استبيان على مجتمع الدراسة البالغ 30 فردا؛ وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاختبار الفرضيات، بالاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي SPSS.20. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن عناصر المنتج، التسعير والتوزيع تحقق الميزة التنافسية للبنك، في حين أن الترويج تحقق الميزة التنافسية لبنك الفلاحة؛ وأن تقييم الموظفين للميزة التنافسية للبنك اختلف باختلاف السن، المستوى التعليمي و عدد سنوات الخبرة. The study aims at clarifying the role played by the banking marketing mix in commercial banks in order to enhance their competitiveness. The study population consists of the staff of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development. We conducted a comprehensive survey of the study society, while the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. 30 questionnaires were distributed to the study community of 30 individuals; we used the descriptive analytical approach to test hypotheses, using the statistical program SPSS.20. The study found that the elements of the product, pricing and distribution achieved the competitive advantage of the bank, while the promotion achieved the competitive advantage of the Bank of Agriculture; and that the staff assessment of the competitive advantage of the bank varied according to age, educational level and years of experience
