دراسة أثر تعميم استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية على توسيع دائرة الشمول المالي بالبنوك الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تحديد أثر تعميم و تطوير استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية في المنظومة المصرفية الجزائرية على توسيع دائرة الاشتمال المالي بها. من اجل الاجابة على إشكالية الدراسة تم اجراء استبيان شمل موظفي عينة من البنوك الجزائرية ،و استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS لتحليل البيانات ، و قد تم التوصل الى ان التحول نحو استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية في تقديم الخدمات بالنبوك الجزائرية له اثر إيجابيا على الرفع من عدد زبائن البنوك ، و ساهم في تخفيض تكاليف الخدمات و المنتجات المالية المقدمة من طرفها، و سمح لزبائن من الحصول على الخدمات التي تتوافق مع احتياجاتهم المالية ، لكن هناك ارتباط بين استخدام منتجات التكنولوجيا المالية و درجة التثقيف المالي عند الزبائن. Abstract: The present research paper aims at determining the impact of generalizing and developing the use of financial technology in the Algerian banking system on expending the financial inclusion circle. In hope to answer the research problematic, a questionnaire was conducted with Algerian banking employees and data were analyzed using SPSS. Findings revealed that the transition towards the use of financial technology in serving services to the Algerian banks has a positive impact on increasing the number of bank customers, in parallel to decreasing the cost of financial services and its products, in addition to allowing the customers to get services that match with their financial requirements. Yet, it is important to remember that there is a relationship between the use of financial technology products and customer’s financial education level.
