Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز اهمية ودور الافصاح المحاسبي في تنشيط سوق الأوراق المالية وتأثيره على قرارات المستثمرين، حيث أن هذه القرارات تتصف بدرجة المخاطرة، ولهذا فان المعلومات المحاسبية تمثل عنصرا جوهريا الذي يعتمد عليها عند اتخاذ قرارات المستثمرين، حيث أصبح من الضروري لجميع المستثمرين في سوق الأوراق المالية وذلك لما لها من تأثير على تحديد أسعار الأوراق المالية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لدراسة واقع الافصاح المحاسبي في سوق الأوراق المالية السعودي من خلال القوانين واللوائح التنظيمية التي تصدرها السوق المالي السعودي ومدى مساهمتها في زيادة الوضوح والشفافية وحجم الافصاح عن المعلومات وتأثيره في نشاط السوق المالي. This study aimed to identify and evaluate accounting disclosure and transparency in the Saudi financial market and discuss a theoretical framework that explains the importance and role of transparency and disclosure in the stock market.
