واقع نوعية خدمة النقل الحضري بالحافلات حالة الخط الحضري باب القنطرة -علي منجلي نموذجا-

Résumé: هذه الورقة البحثية ستتعرض إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع نوعية خدمة النقل الحضري بالحافلات من خلال دراستنا وتحليلنا لنوعية الخدمة المقدمة على مستوى خط باب القنطرة المدينة الجديدة علي منجلي، و بإاعتمادنا على أبحاث و تحقيقات ميدانية التي قمنا عن طريقها بتوزيع 80 إاستمارة على مستوى هذا الخط توصلنا إلى أن أفراد عينة الدراسة يؤكدون أن نوعية خدمة النقل الحضري بالحافلات على مستوى الخط ضعيف جدا، بالرغم من أن الخط تقوم بتسييره مؤسسة النقل الحضري والشبه الحضري لمدينة قسنطينة إلا أن خدماتها لا ترقى إلى تطلعات المتنقلين في تحقيق الرفاهية والإستقرار و تبقى بعيدة عن النقل المستدام إضافة الى ضيق شبكة الطرق نتيجة لطبوغرافية المدينة. This paper will highlight the reality of the quality of the urban bus service through our study and analysis of the quality of service provided at the level of the line of the new city of Al-Qantara Ali Mendjeli, and relying on research and field investigations through which we distributed 80 forms on this line we reached That the members of the sample of the study confirm that the quality of urban transport bus service at the level of the line is very weak, although the line is run by the Urban Transport and Urban Urbanism of Constantine, but its services do not live up to the aspirations of the mobile in the achievement of prosperity and stability and remain far On sustainable transport as well as the narrow road network as a result of the city's topography.
