دراسة نظرية ونمذجة هياكل مبيدات جديدة
Résumé: "الهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة نظرية لبعض الهياكل لمبيدات حشرية جديدة محتملة والتعرف على بعض الخصائص الفيزيوكيميائية باستعمال النمذجة الجيزيئية للبنية بواسطة برنامج Hyperchem . تم تحديد الخصائص البنيوية لهذه المبيدات من خلال طرق مختلفة للنمذجة : الميكانيك الجزيئية MM وطريقتين نصف تجريبيتين للميكانيك الكمية PM3 و Ab.initio كما قمنا بدراسة خصائص QSAR لهذه المركبات كالمساحة السطحية، الحجم المولي ، طاقة التميه، الاستقطاب ومعامل التجزئة logP ، بالاضافة الى دراسة مستويات LUMO,HOMO والفرق بينهما ، كما تطرقنا لدراسة شحنات الذرات في كل مركب. ""The aim of this work is to theoretically examine some of the structures of potential new insecticides and to identify some physicochemical properties using the molecular modeling of the structure by the Hyperchem program.. The structural properties of these pesticides were determined by different modeling methods: molecular mechanics MM and two semi-empirical methods of quantitative mechanics PM3 and Ab.initio. We also studied the QSAR properties of these compounds such as surface area, molar volume, hydration energy, polarization and logP partition coefficient, as well as the LUMO, HOMO levels and the difference between them, as we addressed to study the charges of atoms in each compound. "
