الدعم التنظيمي لدى العاملين في شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمدينة بنغـازي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الدعم التنظيمي لدى العاملين في شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمدينة بنغازي من خلال الأبعاد الأتية: (العدالة التنظيمية ، سلوك القادة لمساندة المرؤوسين، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، دعم وتأكيد الذات لدى العاملين) ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبعت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة ، فقد قام الباحثان بتطوير استبانة معتمداً على بعض الدراسات السابقة، حيث تم التأكد من مصداقيتها و معامل الثبات لها ، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع العاملين بشركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمدينة بنغازي الليبية، والذي بلغ قوامه بـ (1090) عاملاً ، ولتحديد حجم العينة تم الاعتماد على جدول krejcie and Morgan (1970) ، حيث تحدد حجمها بعدد (287) عاملاً تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة ، وبعد توزيع الاستبانة تم استرجاع (189) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالحاسب الآلي واستخدام برنامج إحصائي من خدمة البرمجيات الواردة في (SPSS)، حيث تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج يمكن إيجازها فيما يلي : كشفت الدراسة أن المستوى العام للدعم التنظيمي لدى العاملين في شركة البريقة قيد الدراسة جاء مرتفعاً، وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل اتباعها لتعزيز مستوى الدعم التنظيمي بشركة البريقة لتسويق النفط في ليبيا. The study aimed to identify the level of organizational support among the employees at the Company of Al-Brega for Oil Marketing in Benghazi through the following dimensions: (organizational justice, conduct of the leaders in support of subordinates, participation in decision-making, support and assertiveness among workers). The study followed the case study method to achieve its objectives. Based on that, the researchers developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which they were sure of their validity and reliability coefficient. The study population included all employees at the above mentioned company, totaling (1090) employees, and in order to determine the sample size, the researcher has relied on krejcie and Morgan table (1970), and the sample size was found to be (287) employees selected by the simple random sample method. After the distribution of the questionnaire, (189) valid forms were retrieval for a statistical analysis, which was done by computerized method using a statistical software program provided in the (SPSS). The reached results are summarized as follows: The study revealed that the overall level of organizational support among the employees at the company under study came high. Finally, the study provided a set of recommendations that will hopefully be followed for the sake of enhancing the level of organizational support at the company of Al-Brega oil Marketing in Libya
