الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها باتجاه التلميذات نحو ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي (دراسة ميدانية على بعض ثانويات بمدينة برج بوعريريج)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية واتجاه التلميذات نحو ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وذلك لملاءمته لأهداف الدراسة،وتم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (58) أستاذ أي بنسبة 50%، و (101) تلميذة أي بنسبة 10%،. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة بين الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية واتجاه التلميذات نحو ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي، وأنه توجد علاقة بين الكفايات التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية واتجاه التلميذات نحو ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي حسب متغيرات (كفاية التخطيط، كفاية التنفيذ، كفاية التقويم، كفاية التواصل). الكلمات الدالة: الكفايات التدريسية ؛ الاتجاه ؛ النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي. Abstract: This study aims to identify the relationship of the teaching competencies of teachers of physical education and sports and the students’ attitude towards the practice of educational sports physical activity. , The study sample consisted of (58) professors, or 50%. and (101) female students, i.e. 10%. The results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between the teaching competencies of physical education and sports teachers and the students’ attitude towards practicing educational sports physical activity, and that there is a relationship between the teaching competences of physical education and sports teachers and the students’ attitude towards practicing educational sports physical activity according to the variables (adequacy of planning, adequacy of implementation, The adequacy of the calendar, the adequacy of communication).
