واقع التدريب الميداني لطلبة علوم المكتبات والمعلومات دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الحاج لخضر ( باتنة )

Résumé: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة واقع التدريب الميداني لطلبة علوم المكتبات والمعلومات ، وهو محاولة للتعرف على الدور التي تقوم به أقسام علوم المكتبات في مجال التدريب الميداني لطلبتها وتزويدهم بالمهارات والمعارف والاتجاهات اللازمة لهم في ميدان العمل بعد تخرجهم. واشتملت عينة البحث على (32) طالبا من شعبة علوم المكتبات والمعلومات المقبلين على التخرج بجامعة الحاج لخضـر( باتنة ), وقد قامت الباحث بتطبيق دراسته ميدانيا وتوصل في نتائجه الى وجود تكامل بين المنهاج التدريبي المقرر والتكوين النظري المكتسب. مع تسجيل ضعف في إمكانيات الإشراف المتاحة من طرف مؤسسة التدريب ونقص في استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات في التدريب الميداني على مستوى المؤسسات الوثائقية. Abstract Current research aims to study the reality of the field training for students of Library and Information Science, is an attempt to identify the role play by the department of Sciences libraries and documentation in the field training for students and provide them with the skills and knowledge necessary for them, and trends in the field of employment after graduation. The sample of the research is based on 32 students of the department of library science and information coming to graduation from the University of Hadj Lakhdar (Batna), research on field and realize obtain results in the presence of the integration between the training and the acquired theoretical training provided. Subscribe to weak supervision of the opportunities offered by the institution and be short of training in the use of information technology in institutions in the documentary field. Therefore, the researcher suggested the need to provide professional spaces for training at the required level of sufficiency documentary institutions and the development of effective and efficient training programs help student’s actual achievement in the field of training in the field. And the need for the university to reconsider the supervision of student interns in the field application of the process of working on the organization of this process and coordination between stakeholders. With the need to integrate the use of information technology in field training at educational documentary institutions.
