أثر التكوين على تنمية الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية ( مديرية توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز بورقلة)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الأثر الناجم عن التكوين في تنمية الموارد البشرية على مستوى المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية، حيث تم اختيار مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة كدراسة حالة ميدانية لمعرفة الأثر، وقد كان اعتمادنا على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات حول الموضوع. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة استنتجنا أن الاهتمام المتزايد من قبل المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية على تكوين مواردها البشرية نابع من قناعتها الرامية إلى امتلاكها لموارد بشرية تتميز بمؤهلات وظيفية تمكنها من القيام بالأعمال المنوطة بها على أكمل وجه، على اعتبار أن تكوين الموارد البشرية داخل المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية هو نشاط مستمر باستمرار المسار المهني للعاملين والموظفين فيها، كما توصلنا إلى أن للتكوين تأثير ايجابي على تنمية الموارد البشرية في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة، فهو يؤدي إلى تحسين ورفع أداء الموظفين ويساهم في تنمية مهاراتهم. Abstract : This study aims to highlight the impact of training in the human resources development on the level of the public economic establishment. The distribution academy Eelectricity and Gas of Ouargla has been as a field study case. To recognise that impact, we have relied on a questionnaire form as a main means for data about the topic. From this study, we that the increasing interest of the public economic establishment about the training of its human resources is derived from its conviction aiming at the possession of human resources known as employment qualifications that enables it to fulfill the mandatory businesses to the fullest. Considering that the human resources formation in the public economic establishment is a constant activity as the professional path for the workers and employees continues. We have also come to a conclusion that training has a positive impact on the human resources development in distribution academy Eelectricity and Gas of Ouargla, it leads to enhancement and uplifting the employees performance and contributes to their skills development.
