Résumé: في ظل الأزمة التي يعيشها العالم اليوم لم يكن تفشي وباء فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19) هو الفيروس الخطير الوحيد الذي انتشر حول العالم، حيث صحبه أيضا انتشار مهول وسريع للأخبار الكاذبة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الأمر الذي خلق في بعض الحالات نوع من الارتباك والحيرة والذعر لدى المواطنين، مما جعل المشرع الجزائري يسن نص قانوني يعاقب ناشري مثل هذا النوع من الأخبار خاصة وان من شئنها المساس بالنظام العام. وقد تناول هذا المقال جريمة نشر الأخبار الكاذبة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الماسة بالنظام العام ومخاطرها خاصة في ظل أزمة جائحة كورونا، ودراسة أركان هذه الجريمة وعقوبتها على ضوء ما نص عليه المشرع الجزائري في تعديله الأخير لقانون العقوبات رقم 20-06. under the crisis in the world today, the outbreak of the Corona virus (Covid-19) was not the only serious virus that has spread around the world, as it was also accompanied by a massive and rapid spread of false news through social media, which in some cases created a kind of confusion and panic Among the citizens, which makes the Algerian legislator enact a legal text that punishes publishers of this type of private news and that it is an affront to public order.
