تحليل وتقييم أداء التجارة البينية للاتحاد الاقتصادي المغاربي خلال الفترة 2010-2018

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أهمية التكتل الاقتصادي لدول الاتحاد المغرب العربي الكبير، وأهمية التجارة العربية البينية كخطوة أولية لتعزيز مسيرة هذا التكامل الاقتصادي، وكما حاولت تحليل وتقييم أداء التجارة البينية خلال الفترة 2010-2018. ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الإمكانيات الاقتصادية المتاحة لدول المغرب العربي تؤهله لقيام تكتل اقتصادي قوي ينافس كبريات التكتلات الاقتصادية الأخرى، إلا أن الواقع يبين عكس ذلك فاثر هذا التكتل ضعيف جدا، وعند تحليل أداء التجارة البينية تبين أنها ضعيفة جدا مقارنة مع تجارتها مع دول وتكتلات أخرى. This study seeks to demonstrate the importance of the economic bloc of the countries of the Greater Maghreb Union, and the importance of inter-Arab trade as a preliminary step to enhance the process of this economic integration, and it also tried to analyze and evaluate the performance of intra-trade during the period 2010-2018. This study has concluded that the economic potentials available to the Arab Maghreb countries qualify them to establish a strong economic bloc that competes with the major economic blocs, but the reality shows the opposite of that. This bloc hardly has any effect, and upon analyzing the performance of intra-trade it turns out that it is very weak compared to its trade. With other countries and economic blocs
