المؤسسة الصناعية و المدخل الاستراتيجي للابتكار - دراسة تطبيقية في شركة Famag لصنع و تركيب المعدات الفلاحية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحديد معالم المنهج المؤدي إلى وضع استراتيجية الابتكار في المؤسسة الصناعية بنجاح لتتمكـن من تحقيــق البقـاء والاستمرارية و التطور. حيث توصلنا في نهاية التحليل إلى أن تحقيق الابتكــار في المؤسسات الصناعية يعـدُ مدخلا استراتيجيــا يتطلب تحليل و تشخيص البيئة الخارجية والداخلية للمؤسسة لتحديد نقاط قوتها و ضعفها ومعرفة الفرص المؤدية إلى امتلاك الميزة التنافسية و العمل على تعزيزها و كذا التهديــدات التي تحـول دون ذلك و العمل على مواجهتها. كما يتطلب اعتماد التخطيط الاستراتيجي لما له من أهمية في تفعيل استراتيجية الابتكار من خلال تكاملها مع التخطيط الاستراتيجي للمؤسسة و عن طريق ادخال الابتكار في ثقافة المؤسسة الصناعية و أنشطتها اليومية. This study aims to determine the curriculum landmarks leading to put innovation strategy successfully in the industrial enterprise to be able to achieve survival, continuity and evolution. We came at the end of the analysis to the fact that achieving innovation in industrial enterprises is a strategic gateway that requires the analysis and diagnosis of external and internal environment of the enterprise to determine its strengths and weaknesses and determine opportunities that lead to the possession of the competitive advantage and work to strengthen it as well as the threats that prevent it and work to address them. It also requires the adoption of strategic planning because of its importance in activating the innovation strategy through integrating with the strategic planning of the enterprise and by introducing innovation in industrial enterprise’s culture and their daily activities.
