الخدمات البنكية والهاتف المحمول لتعزيز مستوى الشمول المالي في الجزائر -دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة الخدمات البنكية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في الجزائر، من خلال توصيل الخدمات المالية بإستخدام الهاتف المحمول، وجعلها متاحة لمختلف فئات المجتمع لاسيما المهمشة منها، وذوي الدخل الضعيف، وسكان الأرياف. وباتباع منهج التحليل الوصفي ودراسة الحالة، خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية الأداة المستخدمة من طرف البنك لتطوير وتعزيز الشمول المالي، رغم المعيقات الملازمة للنظام البنكي الجزائري. أخيرا، فقد تم اقتراح البعض من الاقتراحات قد تفيد اهتمام الجزائر في توجهاتها نحو دعم وتطوير الشمول المالي في القطاع البنكي. Abstract : This study aims to highlight the contribution of banking services in promoting financial inclusion in Algeria through the delivery of financial services using mobile phones and making them accessible to different segments of society, especially marginalized, low-income, and rural populations. Using a descriptive analysis and case study approach, the study concluded the importance of the tool used by the bank to develop and promote financial inclusion, despite the constraints inherent in the Algerian banking system. Finally, some suggestions have been proposed that may benefit Algeria's interest in supporting and developing financial inclusion in the banking sector.
