الحوكمة العالمية في بناء السلام بعد النزاع: المنظمات غير الحكومية أنموذجاً

Résumé: ستحاول هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على جهود المنظمات غير الحكومية كفاعل له دور في النظام الدولي الذي أصبح يتميّز بالتشابك والتعقد من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى بروز موضوعات جديدة كحقوق الإنسان، الأزمات البيئية والصحيّة وبناء السلام؛ هذه الأخيرة التي تلعب المنظمات غير الحكومية فيها دوراً بارزاً سعياً منها لإحلال ثقافة نشر السلام وإعادة البناء جراء ما خلفته النزاعات من آثار مدمرة. يهدف البحث إلى النتائج: - التعريف بجهود المنظمات غير الحكومية في بناء السلام وبخاصة في مناطق النزاع. - التأكيد على فلسفة العمل الجماعي لتحقيق السلام والتنمية. -هناك عراقيل عديدة لا تزال تواجه عمل المنظمات غير الحكومية.
