الدّيمقراطيّة الإعلامية : مقاربة مفاهيمية في ظل البيئة الالكترونية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة التي تجمع مفهوم الدّيمقراطيّة بالإعلام. هذه العلاقة أنتجت لنا مفهوم ذو أبعاد متعددة، خاصة في البيئة الالكترونية. كما تشكل هذه الدراسة محور لقاء حقول معرفية في غاية الأهمية، من خلال التطرق لمفهوم الدّيمقراطيّة، ومفهوم الإعلام. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: - مفهوم ديمقراطية الإعلام ليس نتاج العصر الحالي، وإنما له تاريخ طويل بقدم المفاهيم المشكلة له. - الدّيمقراطيّة الالكترونية ليست سوى ممارسة جديدة للدّيمقراطيّة في البيئة الرقمية، بآليات جديدة. - تطور مفهوم ديمقراطية الإعلام، مرتبط بشكل مباشر بتطور وسائل الإعلام من جهة، وطبيعة النظم السّياسيّة الحاكمة من جهة أخرى. The study aims to examine the relationship that brings together the concept of democracy in the media. This relationship has produced a concept of multiple dimensions, especially in the electronic environment. This study is also the focus of meeting very important knowledge fields, by addressing the concept of democracy and the concept of information. The most important results of the study include: -E-democracy is just a new practice of democracy in the digital environment, with new mechanisms. -The development of the concept of media democracy is directly linked to the development of the media on the one hand, and to the nature of political systems on the other.
