الأرشيف الرقمي: بحث في مسيرته ومراحل تطوره

Résumé: يعتقد أغلب الناس بأن كلمة أرشيف تعنى وثائق قديمة وملفات إدارية منتهية الصلاحية. كما يعتقد بعضهم أن مصطلح أرشيف يتوقف فقط إلى المواد الورقية لا يمت إلى التطور بصلة. أيضا، يجمل بعض المتخصصين قصورًا فكريًا، يفرقون فيه بين مصطلحي إلكتروني ورقمي، فيُنسبُون الرقمي إلى المحتويات والنصوص التي نُقلت أو هُجرت من على الدعامات الورقية والسمعية البصرية التقليدية إلى الدعامات الإلكترونية. أيضًا، القصور واقع في الدلالات التي نحملها للمصطلحات نفسها وتوظيفا السيء لها. كما يجهل الكثير من الأرشيفيين والمكتبيين سيرورة هذا الميدان وتحولاته ومستجداته وما طرأ فيه من نظريات ومبادئ ومعايير أُعِدَّت لضبط ممارسته العَمَلية، وما إلى ذلك من نظم ومبادرات ومنظمات تهتم بشأن الأرشيف الرقمي. ولهذا الغرض، نُورد هذا المقال العلمي المفاهيم الصحيحة والمسار التاريخي ومراحل تطور الأرشيف الرقمي. هدفنا في ذلك إماطة اللبس عن الدلالات والمفاهيم الحقيقية في اللغة العربية والتطورات الحاصلة في المجال. انطلاقًا من الآداب التي أقرها العلم ونشرها مفكروه باعتماد المنهج الوصفي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأرشيف الرقمي، الأرشيف الإلكتروني، الأرشيف، المحتوى، الوثيقة، ... Abstract: Most people believe that the word archive means old documents and expired administrative files. Some also believe that the term archive depends only on paper materials and has no development. Also, many specialists have an intellectual limitation, in which they differentiate between the electronic and digital term, they attribute the digital to the contents and texts that were transferred or migrated from the paper and audiovisual traditional support to the electronic supports. Also, the limitations lie in the semantics and meanings we have loaded for the terms themselves and their bad employment. Many archivists and librarians are ignorant of the course, transformations and developments of this field, the theories, principles and standards set to control the practice, and other systems, initiatives and organizations concerned with the digital archive. Our goal, present the correct concepts, the historical course and the stages of development of the digital archive, adopting the descriptive approach.
