التفسير المقارن لسورة النساء من الآية 11 إلى 20

Résumé: "هدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التفسير المقارن لسورة النساء للآيات من 11 الى 20، ولدراسة هذا الموضوع طرحت الاشكال العام الذي يتمثل في: ما أبرز المواضع التي يمكن دراستها دراسة تفسيرية مقارنة ضمن هذه الآيات؟ وما هو القول الراجح في تفسير كل موضع منها؟ وحاولت الإجابة عن الاشكال في دراسة اشتملت على فصلين: الفصل الأول في التعريف بمفردات العنوان وأيضا يضم مبحثا حول المفاهيم العامة وفيه مطلبان والفصل الثاني في دراسة مواضع الاختلاف من سورة النساء من الآية 11 إلى الآية 20، وفق منهجية التفسير المقارن وقسمته إلى خمسة مباحث رئيسية وهي : المبحث الأول: التفسير المقارن للآية الحادية عشرة من سورة النساء. والمبحث الثاني: التفسير المقارن للآية الثانية عشر لسورة النساء والمبحث الثالث: التفسير المقارن للآية الخامسة عشر من سورة النساء والمبحث الرابع: التفسير المقارن للآية السادسة عشر من سورة النساء والمبحث الخامس: التفسير المقارن للآية التاسعة عشر من سورة النساء. وخلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: - التفسير المقارن هو منهج يهدف إلى دراسة أقوال المفسرين ومقارنتها، بغرض تحليلها وترجيح الأرجح منها وفق الأدلة، وهو يثري الفهم القرآني ويسهم في تجلية المعاني المختلفة للنصوص. - الحكمة من التفاوت في الميراث بين الذكر والأنثى تعود إلى التكاليف المالية والاجتماعية، وليس إلى تمييز قيمي بين الجنسين. "This study aims to shed light on the comparative interpretation of Surah An-Nisa for verses 11 to 20, and to study this topic, the general forms were put forward, which is as follows: what are the most prominent topics that can be studied in a comparative interpretative study within these verses What is the most correct way to explain each of them I tried to answer the forms in a study that included two chapters : the first chapter in the definition of the vocabulary of the title and also includes a research on general concepts, in which there are two requirements, and the second chapter in the study of the points of difference from Surah An-Nisa from verse 11 to verse 20, according to the methodology of comparative interpretation and divided it into five main investigations, namely: the first: comparative interpretation of the eleventh verse of Surah An-Nisa. And the second research: the comparative interpretation of the twelfth verse of Surah An-Nisa and the third Research: the comparative interpretation of the fifteenth verse of Surah An-Nisa and the fourth research: the comparative interpretation of the sixteenth verse of Surah An-Nisa and the fifth research: the comparative interpretation of the nineteenth verse of Surah An-Nisa. The research concluded a number of results, the most important of which are:  Comparative interpretation is an approach aimed at studying and comparing the statements of interpreters, in order to analyze them and weigh the most likely ones according to evidence, and it enriches the Quranic understanding and contributes to the manifestation of the different meanings of texts.  The wisdom of the disparity in inheritance between male and female is due to financial and social costs, and not to a value distinction between the Sexes. "
