الرقمنة وأهميتها في حفظ التراث المخطوط بالجزائر

Résumé: تزخر مكتبات الجزائر ومراكز الأرشيف فيها بعدد ضخم جدا من المخطوطات في مختلف المجالات، استرعت اهتمام الكثير من المشتغلين بهذا الميدان؛ على اعتبار أن هذه المخطوطات جزء مهم ورافد أساسي من روافد حضارتنا وهويتنا وقوميتنا. وأمام التطور التكنولوجي الذي عرفته ميادين ومجالات الحياة، فإن أمر التطور انسحب على علم المكتبات والمخطوطات، في محاولة لتنظيم وتصنيف مخطوطاتنا وضبطها في أُطر وأنظمة آلية من شأنها أن تقدم خدمات راقية على غرار باقي الأوعية الفكرية الأخرى . لقد سعت الكثير من المكتبات والمراكز المتخصصة في الأرشيف إلى محاولة رقمنة المخطوطات باستثمار التكنولوجيا الحديثة لجعلها أكثر دقة، وأقرب مَنالاً من الباحثين والطلبة؛ فتوفر بذلك الجهد والوقت عليهم. إن تجربة رقمنة هذا الوعاء الفكري( المخطوط ) - في بلادنا- تجربة تهدف إلى معالجة رصيدنا من المخطوطات من خلال التصنيف، والفهرسة؛ ثم التخزين والاسترجاع. وركحا على ما سبق قوله فان هذه الدراسة تروم محاولة الإبانة على أهمية استثمار تكنولوجيا النظم الآلية في معالجة هذا الوعاء الفكري( المخطوط)، وتطويره مع الحفاظ على خصوصيته. Algeria's libraries and archive centers have a very large number of manuscripts in various fields, which attracted the attention of many of those involved in this field, considering that these manuscripts are an important part and a main source of the tributaries of our civilization, identity and nationality. In the face of the technological development of the fields and fields of life, the order of evolution withdrew to the knowledge of libraries and manuscripts, in an attempt to organize and catalog our manuscripts and adjust them in frameworks and automated systems that would provide high quality services like other intellectual vessels. Many libraries and specialized centers have tried to digitize manuscripts by investing in modern technology to make them more accurate and more accessible to researchers and students, thus saving them time and effort. The experience of digitizing this intellectual vessel in our country is an experiment aimed at addressing our inventory of manuscripts through classification, cataloging, storage and retrieval. This is an attempt to prove the importance of investing in the technology of automated systems in the treatment of this intellectual vessel, and its development while preserving its privacy. In all of this, we ask God to be reconciled
