الموارد المائية وأثرها على نمو القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر

Résumé: الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اثر الموارد المائية على نمو القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر باعتبار ان الموارد المائية احد اهمر كائز نمو القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر والذي يحتاج الى تشخيص واقع الموارد المائية والوقوف على اهم المحددات الاساسية لنمو القطاع الزراعي اعتبار الماء والارض لا ينفصلان عن بعضهما البعض والتعرف على تأثير الموارد المائية على تنمية القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر وذلك باستخدام ادوات منهجية تعتمد على المقارنة بأسلوب تطويري للعلاقة بين الموارد المائية ونمو القطاع الزراعي محددة بفترة زمنية (2007-2020) وقد توصلنا من هذه الدراسة الى انه كلما زاد الاهتمام والاستغلال الامثل للمورد المائي زاد معه المردود الزراعي وما يتبعه من مؤشرات النمو الزراعي. Abstract This study aims to know the impact of water resources on the growth of the agricultural sector in Algeria, considering that water resources are one of the most important pillars of the growth of the agricultural sector in Algeria, which needs to diagnose the reality of water resources and stand on the most basic determinants of the growth of the agricultural sector.
